I'm a UX Designer with 8+ years of experience across healthcare & pharmaceutical software, regulated platforms, and enterprise SaaS. I help healthcare and pharma teams improve clinician workflows, balancing compliance constraints with usability.
For four years I worked on a multi-product eClinical platform used at tens of clinical sites by several pharma sponsors. I shipped several of the platform's largest redesigns, built and maintained its shared design system across product squads, and did the research for every redesign in a regulated environment.
I work hands-on with AI tools and use them where they're genuinely useful; the design judgment stays mine.
Experience
Relocated to Belgium and obtained permanent work authorization. Studied Dutch to certified A2 level, B1 in progress. Kept skills current through professional development and occasional pro bono UI projects for Ukrainian community initiatives in Leuven.
Worked on a multi-product eClinical platform for a US healthcare client. The platform supported clinical and compliance workflows at clinical sites across multiple regions, and grew across several connected modules during my time on it.
- Redesigned clinician onboarding end-to-end across two web portals. The redesign eliminated weekly manual status reconciliation and became the standard activation workflow for all new studies.
- Designed the sponsor configuration and clinician workflows that added web as a third data-capture modality, one form library serving paper, tablet, and web. Two pharma studies signed onto the platform while it was in development.
- Ran the research behind each redesign: UX audits, user interviews with clinicians and support staff, heuristic evaluations, and support-ticket synthesis, within HIPAA and GCP limits on analytics.
- Built and maintained the shared design system used by multiple product squads, keeping the platform coherent as new modules launched.
- Collaborated with product, engineering, and the client's solutions architect in SAFe Agile delivery cycles.
